Rules

• Its not a race or a holiday, It’s a Charity Rally event aimed at raising funds for the Irish Cancer Society.

• Vehicles entering must be road worthy, any car is allowed.

All applicants must be over 18 years of age and hold a current full drivers licence.

• All Drivers must have Co-Driver, it is a long spin.

• Sponsorship raised per car includes: Ferry crossings to uk and Europe return, Hotel stopovers, 8 laps of nurburgring, fuel supplement and a lap of the ring in the BMW M5 RING Taxi (for the car that raises the most sponsorship).

• Your Sponsorship of €5000 minimum covers 2 people per car, Sharing a hotel room.

• We are limited to 20 spaces, therefore places will not be secured until full deposit of €1500 is received.

• All cars must carry sponsorship from main sponsors. (up to 50% of car) Rest of car is up to you, your own sponsors etc. All stickers will be easily removable after event. Vehicle Graphics and merchandise available through SC Signs and Excel Promotions

• Remember to place stickers on your headlights not to blind our European friends on the wrong side of the road.

• All documentation for cars and personal passports, should be carried in case of any problems with police.

• Bring a helmet if you thing you are a ring-master. Extinguisher is not a bad idea either. All accident damage caused on the Nordschliefe is your responsibility – Armco is expensive!!!

• Your deposits are non-refundable until the 5000 euro sponsorship is reached.

• All breakdowns or accidents are your responsibility; MAKE SURE your car is good.

• All Sponsorship money totalling €5000 Must be received by funball charity rally by the 30 June 2008(DEADLINE). Deposits will be refunded on receipt of donations.
